Kingspan Kooltherm Cavity Closer 125mm 2.4m 10 Pack

Kingspan Kooltherm® Cavity Closer provides a simple and efficient method of closing cavities around openings in cavity walls. Its rigid thermoset insulation core prevents thermal bridging, and its PVCu J–section forms a positive damp proof barrier and key for the direct application of plaster. It effectively prevents condensation and mould growth, frequently associated with traditional methods of closing cavities. It is suitable for use with timber, metal or PVC window frames Continuous insulation maintains a continuous insulated cavity closer around window and door openings Simplified construction avoids the need for cut bricks, blocks or special reveal blocks Reduced heat loss avoids thermal bridging, condensation and mould growth Weather resistant forms an integral DPC Flexible can either be built in with frames or used to pre–form openings when frames are fitted later Unaffected by air infiltration and easy to handle and install For fire performance detail see Technical data sheet Non–deleterious (non harmful) material Manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) and low GWP (Global Warming Potential) Part of our Sustainable Building Solutions Range
