Traditional Knotting Solution is a spirit based sealer for the treatments of knots, resinous timber and rust stains on plaster. Treatment will prevent discolouration of the finished paints. A quick drying solution for sealing knots and sap streaks in wood, preventing the resinous sap from bleeding through and damaging and discolouring paint or varnish finishes Touch dry in 5-10 minutes, recoatable after 30 minutes under normal conditions Made with shellac
